Rider Responsibilities

• Use correct pickup and drop-off locations.
• Be ready when the driver arrives.
• Treat drivers respectfully.
• Pay the fare shown or agreed.
• Cancel early if you no longer need the trip.
• Do not make fake bookings.
• Do not damage the vehicle.
• Do not pressure drivers to break road laws.
• Do not overload the vehicle.

Account Restrictions

Repeated abuse, fake bookings, unpaid trips, or unsafe behaviour may lead to account restriction.
