Why We Collect It

Create accounts and match riders with drivers.
Calculate routes and fare estimates.
Show live trip tracking and communicate trip updates.
Support safety and dispute handling.
Improve the service and prevent fraud or misuse.

Location Data

Location data is used to show pickup points, driver position, trip progress, and service availability. Live location may be shared between rider and assigned driver during an active trip.

Sharing

We only share information where needed to operate the service, such as sharing rider pickup details with the assigned driver or driver details with the rider.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect user information, but no online system is 100% risk-free.

User Rights

Users can request access to their personal information, correction of wrong information, deletion where legally possible, and support with privacy concerns.
