How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Harvey Ride account and associated personal data by contacting support@harveyride.co.za.

Please include the phone number or email address used to create your Harvey Ride account.

Data We Delete

Once we receive the request, we will delete account profile data, contact details, saved location data, and ride-related personal information where legally possible.

Data We May Retain

Some transaction, safety, fraud prevention, dispute, or accounting records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
