Our normal service area covers Mbombela/Nelspruit and nearby Mpumalanga communities, within about 200 km. You can also request longer journeys; driver availability applies. View service area details.
Can I book without downloading the app?
Yes. Open the booking page, sign in or create a rider account, choose your addresses, and request your ride. You can also use your Google account.
Can I arrange a ride for another day?
Yes. Choose Prebook and select your future pickup date and time. Your booking will appear in My trips. A prebooking is subject to driver assignment and availability.
How do fares and payment work?
You’ll see an estimated fare before requesting. You can review any driver counter-offer before accepting it. Web bookings currently use cash paid to your driver; the final fare may change with waiting time, traffic, or an agreed offer.
