Driver Responsibilities

• Have a valid driver profile.
• Provide required documents when requested.
• Keep vehicle details accurate.
• Keep location online only when ready to accept trips.
• Accept trips you intend to complete.
• Drive safely and lawfully.
• Treat riders respectfully.
• Keep trip communication professional.
• Do not overcharge outside the app agreement.
• Do not cancel without valid reason repeatedly.

Driver Documents

• ID.
• Driver's license.
• Vehicle details.
• Vehicle license or roadworthy information where required.
• Operating or transport documents where required.
• Proof of vehicle access or ownership where required.

Access Review

Harvey Ride may pause driver access if documents are missing, expired, suspicious, or if safety complaints are received.

Drivers are responsible for complying with applicable transport, licensing, vehicle, and insurance requirements.
